11. This Regulation replaces the Regulation regarding standards for equivalence of diplomas and training for the issue of a permit by the Ordre professionnel des psychologues du Québec (O.C. 133-2001, 01-02-21).
Despite the foregoing, a diploma or training equivalence application duly completed and received with payment of the applicable fees before 1 March 2007 is evaluated in accordance with the Regulation being replaced.
